How to Order - We promise to be helpful and make it easy for you!

When you are ready to place your order please contact us via one of the following methods:

  • New Clients - What will we need to know?
    • The product name/s you wish to order
    • A quote reference No. (if you have one)
    • Your contact name & email
    • Invoice / accounts contact name & email
    • Company address & Telephone No.
    • Delivery address inc recipients name
    • Your deadline

    Once we receive this information we will create & email a pro-forma invoice to you and arrange payment.

  • New Clients - How can I pay?
    • Payment is required at time of order
    • All major credit debit cards (not AMEX)
    • Banks Transfer (BACS info provided)
    • Cheque (allow 3 -5 days to clear)
  • Account Clients - What will we need to know?
    • The product name/s you wish to order
    • A quote reference No. (if you have one)
    • An official PO clearly showing PO No.
    • Delivery address inc recipients name
    • Your deadline

    Your invoice will then follow once your goods are despatched (or collected).

  • Returns

    As most of our work is custom printed unless the products are faulty our goods are generally none returnable.

  • Supplying Artwork

    Most of our product pages have specific artwork guidelines and supply options but please contact us if you need further assistance.

  • Apply for a credit account

    The majority of our clients have a credit account; If this is your preference please email admin@thedisplaylink.co.uk to request an Account Credit Application form.

  • Order in Process

    Sit back and wait for your goods to arrive. Our products (where applicable) will be tested, photographed (emailed to you) prior to delivery / collection. However please contact us via any method to discuss the progress of your order where we are always happy to help.

  • Why not e-commerce?

We pride ourselves on providing a friendly, helpful and professional service; we are always willing to offer advice and options to ensure high customer satisfaction and peace of mind which we feel isn’t always the case with a faceless e-commerce service.
