Event & Exhibition Contracting - Full Project Management Service

• Provide us with as much information as you can about your forthcoming exhibitions or events, including the floor space sizes, number of walls, locations and dates. At this stage it often proves useful to visit our showroom, where the quality of our event displays can be viewed, and you can have a better idea of which product best suits your vision You can also see how the display stands and exhibition stands work and see which you prefer.
  
  
• We'll then work with you and prepare a stand design that will suit your requirements. Any input / suggestions are welcome (even a very rough pencil sketch is helpful to us). After all you know your industry better than we do!
  
  
• We'll send you a 3D visual of your stand design for your approval, along with a quotation.
  
  
• Once we receive your purchase order sit back we'll project manage your event. We'll take care of the health and safety paperwork, carpets and electric orders along with any other logistics.
  
  
• Our graphics are generally produced in house. This allows us to have complete control over the production of your order, which means we are able to provide you with regular and timely updates.

• We are specialist exhibition stand builders, as such we will pre-build your exhibition stand so that you can be safe in the knowledge that the graphics are a perfect fit. You will be invited to view your stand prior to the exhibition, giving you absolute peace of mind it is exactly as you envisaged. Don’t worry if you can't visit our showroom for the pre-build as we can send you plenty of photographs!

• On the day of installation we will arrive in plenty of time to build your exhibition stand, ensuring it is as good as it was at the pre-build stage. Likewise, we’ll be on hand to dismantle your stand with professionalism and care. We can also offer a storage option.
  
  
• You are safe in the knowledge that we are fully covered by Professional Indemity and Public Liability Insurance.
